Venue Hire
Port Fairy Community House offers a variety of rooms suitable for groups of up to 25 people.
All rooms are available during work or after hours.

Free WIFI is available to all guests.
Cottage Room
The Cottage has recently been extended, renovated and refurbished and now caters for up to 25 people seated.
It has its own external entrance and lots of windows letting in the morning sun.
There is a kitchenette, Smart TV with HDMI cable and keyboard and a whiteboard.
Outdoor Room
The outdoor room is a sunny spacious undercover deck set amongst our garden, looking out over the
community garden. It has heating if required with heavy duty plastic blinds which can be raised to let in a breeze.
There is seating for up to 30 people as well as extras on surround seating. Tables are available if required.
Station Room
The Station Room is a larger room seating approx 20 around tables if needed or 40 if seated in rows.
It has a Smart TV with HDMI cable and keyboard as well as a whiteboard. It has direct access to the full kitchen if needed for catering purposes.
Kitchen Hire
A fully functioning & registered kitchen with 8 ceramic hotplates, two good sized ovens, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary cooking utensils and equipment. An ideal space for catering & food preparation,
with an adjoining room to use as a dining venue.
Office Space
An office room is also available. It is equipped with a spacious desk, chair & book shelves. (Computer is not provided)
Perfect for anyone needing an occasional space in Port Fairy to meet with clients.

If you’re looking for reasonably priced printing, scanning or laminating come in and see us.
We also have a couple of computers available for public use – just a gold coin donation and you’ll be all set to go.
