If you are interested to join our markets as a stallholder please download a New Stallholders Application here. Once we have received your full application our Market Cordinator will be in contact to advise whether or not your application has been approved. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
No person will be permitted to set up a market stall unless they have been prior approved to attend the markets by the Market Coordinator. No approvals for new stallholders will be granted onsite on the day of a market.
Approved Stallholders can apply to alter their product selection by submitting a Variations to Goods Sold Form - download here
We prefer that you pay in advance for your market site. Details on how to make payments can be found in our Market Policies & Procedures.
Regular Markets - Site Fee $27.50 prepaid or $30 on the day
Holiday Markets - Site Fee $50.00
*The Management Committee of the Port Fairy Community House sets the market fee which from time to time is reviewed. Stallholders will be given two months notice of changes to the fee.
Space & Reserved Sites
Sites are a clearly delineated area (3m x 3m) allowing plenty of space for personalised displays and opportunity to sell your products.
Sites are able to be reserved at Regular market in advance by completing a Reserved Site Application - download here. Sites must be paid for in bulk in advance and site fees on Reserved sites are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Set-up before 8am and be ready for the early birds. The market’s official operating time is from 9am to 1pm.
The Port Fairy Community Market is promoted though the Moyne Shire’s town tourism promotions and the activities in the Port Fairy Community House.

Sites at the January Holiday markets can be booked each September. To book a site please complete the January Market Booking Form here.
No bookings will be taken on the day or via the phone. Payment for sites should not be made until a site number has been confirmed by the Market Coordinator.
